How do I contact support?
Email support@fastcat6.com. Include your device model, operating-system version, and a short description of the issue. Never send your password.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be canceled in the store account used to purchase them. See our Subscriptions & Refunds page.
How do I delete my account?
Open FastCat VPN and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also follow the verified email-request option on our Account Deletion page.
Does deleting the app cancel my subscription?
No. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately through the applicable app store.
