Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your FastCat VPN account from the app or by sending us a verified request.

OPTION 01

Delete in the app

  1. Open FastCat VPN and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the notice and confirm.
OPTION 02

Request by email

  1. Email privacy@fastcat6.com from the address linked to your account.
  2. Use the subject “Account deletion request.”
  3. Complete any reasonable identity-verification step we send you.

What will be deleted

Your account profile, authentication record, service preferences, and personal support data linked to the account will be deleted or de-identified, subject to the exceptions below.

Timing and exceptions

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited records required for fraud prevention, security, transaction records, legal compliance, or dispute resolution, then delete them when no longer needed.

Subscription reminder

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately through the applicable store to prevent future charges.
