Automatic renewal
Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase. Your store account is charged within the renewal window disclosed by the store.

Cancel anytime
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal when required by your app store. Cancellation stops future charges; access normally continues through the paid period.
Apple App Store purchases
Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund decisions for purchases made through the App Store.
- To cancel: open Settings on your Apple device, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select FastCat VPN, then choose Cancel Subscription.
- To request a refund: visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple’s instructions.
Google Play purchases
Google manages purchases made through Google Play. Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select FastCat VPN, and follow the cancellation instructions. Refund eligibility is determined under Google Play’s policies and applicable law.
Other purchases
If you paid FastCat directly, contact support@fastcat6.com with the account email and transaction identifier. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Statutory consumer refund rights remain unaffected.
Free trials and promotions
Trial length and conversion terms are displayed before enrollment. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial may convert to a paid subscription. Promotional pricing may apply only for the stated period.
Important
Deleting the app or your FastCat account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the store where you purchased it.
